This video series will teach you the signature combinations from our academy syllabus and introduce different elements to help you take your shadow boxing to the next level.
In this first video we lay the foundations for the series by showing you the first 4 combinations which will form the basis of the series.

3) Jab, Cross, Lead Hook
4) Jab, Cross, Lead Hook, Cross
There is also a tip you can use to check your stance between combinations as this is key to generating power and not leaving yourself off balance and exposed. As the saying goes "You can't fire a cannon from a canoe"
