What is 4D combat

The name 4D Combat came about as the system comprises the four dimensions of stand up combat:

STRIKING

CLINCHING

WEAPONS

GROUP ATTACK

4D Combat is for people to achieve mastery in their lifetime and on their own terms; the art has to suit you.

It has to be SIMPLE

It has to be TRUTHFUL

It has to be INSTINCTIVE

It has to WORK - whatever comes up!

And it has to be TESTED

so you believe in it, and know that it works

Therefore in 4D Combat, the same game formats or templates are used, whatever you’re doing. This makes you faster, both mentally and structurally.
